What is Force Wipe?

Once a month, Facepunch releases a Rust update. When that happens, every server resets its map so everyone starts fresh together. This is called the Force Wipe.

• When? The first Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM UK time.

How do we do it in RustGaming?

All of our servers wipe on Force Wipe. After that, they return to their normal wipe schedule. If a server is scheduled to wipe on the same day, it will wipe at the Force Wipe time instead of its usual set time.

Note: The patch and server wipes typically roll out about 15-30 minutes before the advertised time.
